2.To know the shopping words
Teaching Contents:
1.Words: A. bookshop
B . electrical
2.Phrases :A. clothes shop , shoe shop , sports shop ,toy shop food shop ,good for B.electrical shop ,different kinds of birthday party
3.Sentence structures:
A. We can find something good for him in a sports shop .
B. If you want to buy a Walkman ,you can go to an electrical shop .
Teaching procedures:
StepⅠ Presentation.
1.Before looking at the book ,ask students what shops they know .ask them to list as many shops as they can .
2. Ask students to look at the pictures on Part A and write the names of the shops underneath the pictures on their own .Ask them what things they can buy in those shop s ,and write some of the items next to the pictures .
3. Tell the students to check their answers in pairs .
4. Ask students to read the names of the shops together .
StepⅡ Practice
1. Do Part B . Check the answers ..with the students .
2.Read Part B and explain something difficult .
3. Complete the following sentences :
1)We can eat ____________(各种各样的)food at Chinese New Year .
2)Are there __________________(各种各样的书)in a shop ?
