如何搞好中小学武术教育

 

摘  要：武术是我国的国粹。但在现如今小学体育教学中，由于体育教师对武术教材不熟悉，并且没有很好的掌握学生的心理和生理状况，加上学生学习兴趣不容易长久维持，导致大部分教师不愿教也不敢教武术，这对教师和学生而言可谓是一大损失，当前，我国基础教育正在经历着一场以课程改革为标志的深刻变革，其力度之大，范围之广，堪称翻天覆地，脱胎换骨。本文就中小学武术教师该如何以全新的面貌和心态参与到这场轰轰烈烈的“课改”浪潮中来，提出了自己的几点看法与体会，即要本着“以人为本，健康第一”的教育理念去改造以往陈旧的教学方法，开创新的武术教育理念体系和教学行为体系。
